To access the File Gateway, clients must sign a sublicense agreement with our company. A detailed description and rates are given in the web-site of the company. Then you need to write the letter to support@itglobal.ru, with the following information:

  1. name of you company;
  2. repository code;
  3. contacts (name, phone and email) of the person to whom if necessary the staff support could contact.

In a return email you will get a the installation file of File Gateway.

Discuss questions of accessing File Gateway with the sales department by sending a request to sales@itglobal.ru or by calling

+1 (347) 305 0039 (from 10 AM to 7 PM, Moscow time).

Next you need:

  1. setting up File Gateway;
  2. obtain a license to use File gateway;
  3. running File Gateway and make File gateway settings.

Then the File gateway is ready to exchange messages with the NSD repository (see Working with the file gateway).
