Для работы со службой Файлового шлюза ЭДО НРД необходимо заключить сублицензионный договор с компанией IT Global. Подробное описание и тарифы доступны на сайте компании. Далее следует на адрес support@itglobal.ru написать письмо с темой "Получение файлов установки Файлового шлюза", указав:

  1. название организации;
  2. ФИО и контактные данные (телефон и email) лица, к которому могли бы, при необходимости, обращаться сотрудники техподдержки;
  3. репозитарный код.

В ответ участник получает письмо с файлом установки Файлового шлюза.

Получить консультацию по вопросам приобретения Файлового шлюза можно в отделе продаж, отправив запрос на адрес электронной почты sales@itglobal.ru, либо позвонив по телефону +7 (495) 739-00-39, доб. 1.

To access the File Gateway, clients must sign a sublicense agreement with our company. A detailed description and rates are given in the web-site of the company. Then you need to write the letter to support@itglobal.ru, with the following information:
name of you company;
repository code;
contacts (name, phone and email) of the person to whom if necessary the staff support could contact.
In a return email you will get a the installation file of File Gateway.
Discuss questions of accessing File Gateway with the sales department by sending a request to sales@itglobal.ru or by calling +1 (347) 305 0039 (from 10 AM to 7 PM, Moscow time).
