Option Workshop may produce various events that occurred in the system during the user experience, such as information messages, errors. This information is recorded as a log file. Log files are used to determine the source of current system malfunctions, as well as to prevent possible problems.
To choose the logging level:
The errors can have several causes. To clarify it and find the appropriate solutions you need to contact the IT Global technical support and send the log file. To do it:
To navigate to the folder for recording log files click the Open configuration folder button. This will open the User\AppData\Local\IT Global\Options Workshop\ folder which stores all program settings, databases, log files.
To quickly jump to the log file, click Log files. This will open a window containing the log file operations on the current date. To update the list of log files, click the refresh button.
To view the file in the editor, click to highlight the file, then click Open file. This will open the log file.
