User with an operator’s account operator performs the following tasks:

• prepares documents to be sent to the repository;
• creates documents based on templates;
• converts formats;
• checks the compliance of the incoming documents with the NSD format.

The operator prepares messages for registering trades conducted under master agreements, the access to which was opened by the technical administrator. Under this account the user cannot sign with a digital signature (DS) and send documents to the repository.
