Added the ability to automatically download the draft messages to the Web-client.

Settings

To configure downloading function you function you need:

1. paste paste %LOCALAPPDATA% into  into the Windows Explorer and press and press Enter on the keyboard;
   
2. go to go to NSD.FileGateway the installation folder;
3. open the svc.config file file;
4. change the required parameters in the svc.config file. Valid options are presented in table 1.
